Robotics Integration
At Integri Robotics and Automation, robotics integration is at the heart of what we do. We serve as an integrator for all major robot manufacturers, recognizing that robotics integration and automation are two sides of the same coin.
What Is Robotics Integration?
Robotics integration involves programming robots and robotic systems to perform automated tasks in production operations. As a robotics system integrator, Integri Robotics & Automation analyzes manufacturing, material handling, shipping, or inspection lines to identify areas for improvement. We then install automation technology, which can include robotics, in those areas. There are typically two main types of robots used for automation: industrial robotics and collaborative robotics.
Industrial Robotics
Industrial robotic systems are machines designed to perform tasks in industrial settings. These robotics can be multi-axis robotic arms, automated guided vehicles and more. Modern advancements have made these systems flexible and scalable. As demand grows, peak seasons change, or products change, you can easily reprogram your robotic systems. Because of its scalability, flexibility, and accuracy, robotic automation integration is growing in low- to high-volume production lines worldwide. Typical industrial robot applications include:
- Material handling
- Material cutting including laser; plasma; waterjet
- Material removal
- Palletizing
- Inspection and testing
- Welding
